Where do I collect the Tracker from at the show?
Info Salons has a tracker support team on-site throughout the event. They are located at the Registration Desk which is operated by Info Salons. The tracker will be available for collection during set-up and before the commencement of the exhibition. Our Tracker staff will show you how to operate the tracker when you collect it. There is a mobile "Hot Line" number listed on your tracker if you need assistance. Info Salons Tracker staff will be onsite throughout the entire show to assist with any queries.
How do I access my leads?
Info Salons will send you an email broadcast post event containing a link, username and password which will allow you to access all your leads. Simply follow the steps below:
Click on the URL that Info Salons emailed to you post show Enter your Username & Password. You will then be directed to the full list of leads that you scanned during the event. Select 'All Leads' and download them into an Excel file. Alternatively, email all your leads directly from this application. Add Tasks and Follow-Ups if you wish.What is difference between a Desktop Tracker and Handheld tracker?
Info Tracker Desktop - The Desktop Tracker prints out visitor information to paper and can store it directly onto its internal disk. No PC is required at the exhibition. The Desktop Tracker has a large number of additional features to assist the exhibitor in managing the leads, i.e. an electronic qualifier module to define lead profiles.
Info Tracker Handheld - The state of the art Handheld Tracker now includes advanced applications, allowing further editing capabilities to leads collected onsite.
The Handheld Tracker revolutionises the lead collection process, allowing immediate access to records and the ability to update and collect additional information onsite. This guarantees a simple, precise post show follow up of your valuable leads.
