
Don’t underestimate the Value of your Suppliers Network!

Are you aware that you don’t know as many organisers in the exhibition industry worldwide as your suppliers do?
If you’re using a professional supplier that has an excellent worldwide reputation, chances are they will be working with many other global exhibition organisers and have a great working relationship with them.
It often surprises me at industry events when I have to introduce major organisers to each other. Of course, they know of each other, they just haven’t personally met yet. We already know that introductions via a trusted source are an excellent way of connecting to potential business opportunities. Why miss out on this one?
Info Salons Group works with many associations who organise their own events around the world. Recently, I introduced an Australian association client to an Asian organiser client. The association did not know how to reach the appropriate person within the organiser’s company. I was happy to provide the personal introduction as both parties are my clients and hopefully successful meetings will have mutual advantages for all.
The same thing has happened time and again between different geographies. As a supplier to the exhibition industry, it makes good business sense for us to provide complimentary introductions to our professional organiser clients who want to meet each other.
